Jakarta Communications, Informatics, Public Relations Department provided free Wi-Fi facility on the City Hall tour today or Saturday (9/26). As much as 10 units of Wi-Fi were installed.

Section Head of Network Technology for Jakarta Communications, Informatics, Public Relations Department, Herlinda Hermina acknowledged the Wi-Fi installation is dedicated to city hall visitors only. Her sub-department provided 10 Mega kbps every weekend and 3 Mega kbps on regular day.

“Jakartans who want to seek information about City Administration, you can access internet easily for free without password,” she uttered, Saturday.

She hoped through free Wi-Fi, it could drive visitors to know more about City Hall and City Administration as well. As concerning most of visitors are youths who have high curiosity and understanding of technology.

“Including those who want to make e-transaction via internet access,” she disclosed.
